ACEL had their first joint general membership meeting last February 12, 2016 at the Gloria Maris restaurant in Greenhills, San Juan
They were able to invite the Hon./Sen. Panfilo M. Lacson as their guest speaker to deliver the topic of “Future Plans That Would Affect the Different Sectors of the Construction Industry”.
