The ACEL TechnoForum Seminar for PhilConstruct Manila 2023 held four successful seminars for civil and mechanical engineers last November 10 and 11, at the World Trade Center, Pasay City.
Mr. Paul Nikko Sayson, Training and OD Consultant at TRAINNOVA led the series of lectures on the Emergence of Artificial Intelligence and Work Site Leadership Challenges in the Post-Pandemic Era. This one-day seminar aims to examine the new difficulties associated with work-site supervision and the importance of human workforce development in this age of AI technology while Mr. Beat Weber, Sales Director for Southeast Asia at AMMAN, delivered an Asphalt Recycling Technology seminar that day – covering the many types of asphalt recycling and its significance to the economy, environment, and allied sectors.
Two further batches of learning conferences were held the following day at the World Trade Center – Rigging and Equipment Fleet Management Seminar.
Rigging Seminar was led by Mr. Clemente Rey Dorosan, Product Trainer of Crosby Group, in collaboration with Benedicto Steel Group, this seminar covered the fundamentals of hardware, slings, and rigging, while Engr. Efraim Kenneth Perez, led the Equipment Fleet Management Seminar which focused on efficient equipment maintenance and repair procedures.
Overall, the ACEL TechnoForum Seminar for PhilConstruct Manila 2023 was well received by the 26 attendees for the Worksite Leadership Seminar, 38 attendees for the Asphalt Recycling Technology Seminar, 44 attendees for the Rigging Seminar and 68 attendees for the Equipment Fleet Management Seminar.
