The whole Association of Carriers and Equipment Lessors Inc. (ACEL) is very honored to be one of the partners and allies for The Philippine Domestic Construction Board (PDCB) endeavors and to explore more partnerships with them for a better construction industry development and implementation.
Among from the partners who attend the MOA signing event is ACEL President, Engr. Jonathan R. Perez; ACEL 1st Vice President, Mr. Sixto T. Benedicto; and ACEL Committee on Manpower Co-Chairman and PDC Board Member, Mr. Noel Flores.
ACEL President Engr. Jonathan R. Perez is currently signing the MOA for CIAP Document 102.

The Signing of the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) for Unifying Visions: CIAP Document 102 (Launch and Commitment Pledge with Partners and Allies) promises to provide extensive programs for the growth and regulation, human resource capacity building, dispute resolution and domestic and overseas program development of the ever-evolving construction industry landscape.
