SAN RAFAEL, BULACAN, PHILIPPINES, November 9, 2025—The Association of Carriers and Equipment Lessors (ACEL), Inc., hosted its annual Presidents’ Cup at the Royal Northwoods Golf Club on October 24, 2025, honoring ACEL’s past presidents. This marks the second year in a row the golf tournament has been held at the same location.
Drawing around 97 players, the event brought together ACEL members and friends from across the country, including chapter members in Cebu and Davao. It showcased ACEL’s Main Chapter role as a hub for all golf enthusiasts within the association and neighboring communities.
The tournament started with a ceremonial hit by ACEL’s president, Ms. Abigail S. Mancilla, followed by a tee-off from other ACEL BOD members and some past presidents who were also present. Moments later, a shotgun blast was fired, signaling that the tournament was officially open.
The 2025 ACEL Presidents’ Cup features various categories for players to compete in, providing a friendly yet competitive event for all attendees aiming for the Low Gross and Low Net titles. The Members Division is divided into three classes—Class A, B, and C—and there are also Ladies and Guest Divisions. The Guest Division is split into Class A and B, with Champions and Runners-Up, including 1st and 2nd place.
Furthermore, players also bid on special categories, such as the Fun Hole, which includes Longest Drive 1 (151 yards to the pin), Nearest to the Pin 3 (3 yards to the hole), Longest Putt 7 (1 pin 55 inches to the hole), and Accurate Drive 2 (1 inch to the line).
The tournament concluded with the announcement of the winners, signaling the end of the competition. Below are the participants who won this year’s ACEL Presidents’ Cup:
