DAVAO CITY, Philippines, October 22, 2025: The Association of Carriers and Equipment Lessors (ACEL), Inc., and Construction Manpower Development Foundation (CMDF) have reaffirmed their commitment to delivering informative seminars and skill enhancement for Davaoeños and neighboring cities through the ACEL TechnoForum Seminars for PhilConstruct Mindanao 2025.
Held at the SMX Convention Center Davao on September 05-06, these two seminars were successful as various engineers and architects participated in these one-day learning sessions. Attendees were presented with a new set of upgraded topics that highlighted the event’s goal—the latest and most innovative solutions.
In her welcoming remarks for the Crane Lifting and Rigging Safety Seminar, Ms. Shiela Wee Eng, ACEL Davao Chapter Director, highlighted the association’s support and emphasized its mission to deliver top-notch learning sessions led by experienced practitioners on key construction topics for the benefit of all attendees.
Mr. Rydel Torremocha, ACEL Davao Chapter VP External, who gives his closing remarks for the Essentials of Supervisory Leadership Seminar, underlines the importance of these learning sessions for individuals seeking to upgrade their skills and knowledge, which remains a core reason why ACEL and CMDF regularly organize such events.
Lastly, ACEL Chairman of the Committee on PhilConstruct, Mr. Arlan P. The distinguished resource speakers who facilitated this year are Mr. Paulo P. Ortiz for the Crane Lifting and Rigging Safety Seminar and Mr. Paul Nikko Sayson for the Essentials of Supervisory Leadership Seminar.
