ACEL Co-Chair Committee on Manpower Development and Certification; Mr. Noel Flores, ACEL Cebu Chapter Vice President- Internal, Engr. Francis Gerard “Jigger” Selma Cañedo; ACEL Davao Chapter Past President, Mr. Dino Mae Demetillo Suelto and ACEL’s Past President, Engr. Ronaldo “Jun” Ramos Elepaño Jr. has been appointed members by Philippine Domestic Construction Board (PDCB) last July 20, 2023 at the DTI Construction Industry Authority of the Philippines (CIAP).
The oath taking ceremony for PDCB Members was conducted by DTI Secretary and CIAP Board Chairman, Alfredo E. Pascual and hosted by the Department of Trade and Industry’s CIAP office.
