ACEL had its 13th Badminton Tournament (Part 1) last July 9, 2016 (Saturday) at Smashville Badminton Courts, Pasig, Metro Manila
The tournament was headed by Mr. J. Eladio L. Angeles. Donna Ambay and Mark Delos Reyes of Monark Equipment Corporation came in 2nd, while Mau Villar and Teddy Jumawan of Civic Merchandising, Inc. won the Championship for Class D. For Class C, 1st Runner-Up went to Olympic Engineering & Sales Corporation’s Archie Galauran and Louise Angeles, while the Class C Championship went to Civic Merchandising, Inc.’s Joan Vallo and Ana Rose Terañia. As for the Class B winners, Donald Estrella and Gideon Estrella of Inframachineries Corporation won 1st Runner-Up, while Juanito “Nits” Cruz and Jimcel Ray Sajonia of IPM Construction & Development Corporation won the Championship. For the Class A winners, Osman Marquez and Mat Samañiego of United Asia Automotive Group, Inc. (Foton) came as 1st Runner-Up, and the Championship went to First Phil. Skills & Equipment Testing Corp.’s Nat Delos Santos and Joe Brosas.
