The ACEL TechnoForum Seminar for PhilConstruct Visayas held at the Waterfront Cebu City Hotel & Casino, Lahug, on June 20–22, 2024, once again the two hosted seminars proved successful and continue to be popular with engineers.
The first ACEL TechnoForum Seminar for PhilConstruct Visayas 2024 is the Equipment Fleet Management Seminar that was headed by Engr. Efraim Kenneth Perez of Monark Construction Corporation. This one-day learning session enlightened the attendees on the different considerations of robust equipment management and choosing the best repair option that one should do.
This seminar also showcases effective equipment maintenance management to the attendees as the speaker provides different techniques for the proper maintenance and repair process.
The Second ACEL TechnoForum Seminar opens with the welcoming remarks by the Chairman of the Committee on PhilConstruct and ACEL Director, Mr. Arlan P. Vergara.
Following this, ACEL Resource Speaker, Mr. Paul Nikko Sayson, briefs the attendees by discussing the course outline that will be covered all throughout the day.
The Essentials of Supervisory Leadership Seminar is a compilation and discussion of key leadership concepts, principles, and styles that every attendee can incorporate and apply to their workplace or take as key competencies for their professional growth and learning.
Overall, the ACEL TechnoForum Seminar was well received by all attendees. Between 20 to 60 seminar participants attended each learning session to expand their knowledge about the most recent trends and techniques that the speakers would discuss in light of their subject-matter expertise.
